Shipping is free worldwide for orders over £75.
Pick up is free from my studio in Hendon, London, United Kingdom.
For orders under £75, the delivery charge ranges between £5.99 and £35 depending on size of item and location.
For customers located in United Kingdom, you should receive your artwork or print or gift within 4-11 business days, if not sooner.
For customers located elsewhere, you will receive your artwork or print within 5-28 business days, if not sooner.

Important Information for International Customers
Please note that we do not ship to Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, Dominica, Fiji, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Honduras, Libya, Martinique, Nicaragua, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Réunion, Samoa, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu or Yemen as they are temporarily suspended by our shipping partner.
Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sharon Schurder Art Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Further information regarding this point is listed below.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within a month of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

DUTIES AND TAXES
- When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
- Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
- Sharon Schurder Art Ltd does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
- The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of United Kingdom), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
- If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to United Kingdom, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Sharon Schurder Art Ltd.
