Shipping Policy

Original Paintings:

• Processing Time: All original paintings will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from this timeframe.
• Shipment Notification: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification. Please check your emails, especially your junk folder.

Prints:

• Processing Time: All prints will be processed within two weeks unless otherwise specified in the product description.
• Shipment Notification: You will receive a notification once your print has been shipped. Please check your emails, especially your junk folder.

Gifts:

• Availability: Unless otherwise stated, gifts are usually in stock and available for pickup from the Studio after 8pm on the same day of purchase.
• Shipping Requests: If you have requested shipping for a gift, please allow 3-5 business days before the item is shipped from the studio.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping is free worldwide for orders over £75.

Pick up is free from my studio in Hendon, London, United Kingdom.

For orders under £75, the delivery charge ranges between £5.99 and £35 depending on size of item and location.

For customers located in United Kingdom, you should receive your artwork or print or gift within 4-11 business days, if not sooner.

For customers located elsewhere, you will receive your artwork or print within 5-28 business days, if not sooner.

Important Information for International Customers

Please note that we do not ship to Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, Dominica, Fiji, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Honduras, Libya, Martinique, Nicaragua, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Réunion, Samoa, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu or Yemen as they are temporarily suspended by our shipping partner.

Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sharon Schurder Art Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Further information regarding this point is listed below.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within a month of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@sharonschurderart.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER FOR ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF UNITED KINGDOM

DUTIES AND TAXES

• When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
• Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
• Sharon Schurder Art Ltd does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
• The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of United Kingdom), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
• If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to United Kingdom, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Sharon Schurder Art Ltd.

DELIVERY TIMING

If you require products delivered by a certain date, please email sales@sharonschurderart.com to verify the details. Sharon Schurder Art Ltd does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery outside of United Kingdom for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance and we will arrange it for you.

SHIPPING TERMS

• Sharon Schurder Art Ltd is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
• Sharon Schurder Art Ltd cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
• Sharon Schurder Art Ltd is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.
