Original painted using palette knife, oils and acrylic on canvas. Inspired by one of my favourite places in the world - the Old City of Yerushalayim / Jerusalem. Depicts my three favourite places within the Old City - Migdal Dovid / Tower of David, Churvah Shul / Hurva Synagogue Arch and Koisel / Western Wall. Painted with warm golds and browns to depict the cobbled streets and rustic architecture.
Printed using the giclée method on top quality canvas with a uniform, non-cracking surface. Hand-stretched onto heavy duty knotless solid kiln-dried fir stretcher bars from sustainable sources with built-in corner wedges that make it easy to tighten the canvas. They arrive ready to hang, with a flat hanging system that keeps your canvas lying perfectly against the wall.
Giclée printing is a process that uses fade-resistant, archival inks and archival substrates and is far superior to a usual print. Cheaper canvas's are often made from plastic hence their price - I ensure my work and finish is of superior quality in order so that you can enjoy your purchase for significantly more years without fading, yellow staining or sagging.
If based in North West London, I also offer hand finished to get that freshly painted look for an extra £50 Please contact for further details.
